Drones can capture stunning aerial shots, but we adhere to local regulations and weather conditions. Drone flights may be restricted during heavy rain or strong winds to ensure safety and image quality.

When placing an order for the Virtual Tour, kindly inform us about the location and floor of each area you want included. Additionally, ensure that building security is informed about our photographer's arrival. It is essential that the photographer has access to each location, so please arrange for someone to be present to open doors or provide a fob for access. This ensures a seamless and comprehensive photography session for your building amenities.

No, our policy adheres to maintaining the integrity of the property as it is. Our photographers are instructed not to move or touch any items within the house for safety and privacy reasons. It is essential that the property is 100% ready by the time the photographer arrives, ensuring accurate representation in the captured images.

After the photography session, our standard turnaround time is next day before 12:00 p.m. We prioritize a quick and efficient process to ensure your virtual tour is live on our website promptly.

Virtual Staging - Once you let us know which photos require staging, they will be automatically added to your virtual tour within 24 hours.

The processing time for a 3D Matterport video may vary based on the property's size. Nevertheless, the Virtual Tour, along with the photos, will be completed by the following morning, before 12:00 p.m. If the Matterport video requires additional time, it will be added subsequently.

The cancellation fee is $49.99. No fee will be charged for cancellations made before 5 p.m. the day prior to the scheduled shooting day. We kindly request that your property be photography-ready at the scheduled time. If, upon arrival, the property is not ready for shooting, a fee of $69.99 will be applied.
